Hello, my name is Mary Riehl and I have been coordinating weddings and events for over 10 years. I am a wife to Ivan for 19 years and I am also a mother of six wonderful children. I was born and raised in Lancaster county Pa. I come from the Mennonites, most of my family is still Mennonite 🙂 

I have always enjoyed coordinating and one day decided to coordinate a wedding and after that, you can say i got bit by the coordinating bug and have been doing it ever since. Although most of the events i have coordinated have been weddings, I have also done some other events that went quite well. 

I am an easy person to get along with, but I can also make things happen. If there is a hiccup that happens at an event I can easily take charge and with whatever resource I have available, come up with a solution to the problem.

  • 3 In person meetings, and as many online meetings as needed
  • help come up with a timeline for the event
  • coordinate the rehearsal
  • one site walk thru, if needed
  • 7 hour day of coordinating
  • will coordinate the set up with vendors
  • will make sure all vendors know where they need to set up
  • answer any questions vendors have during the set up
  • make sure all components of the set up are taken care of
  • coordinate all clean up with all the vendors
  • make sure all components of the wedding are given to the correct person, i.e. leftover flowers and all decor etc.
  • set up the entire wedding and reception for you
  • if it is a detailed wedding with a lot of components, then be responsible to hire vendors to set up
  • 2 site walk through's to make sure every detail iscaptured exactly how you want it
  • if your reception and your ceremony are at two different locations, then a 2nd coordinator is REQUIRED and will automatically be added
